The session is presided over by Mr. Shin-Chieh Tzeng, Associate Professor & Director of the Graduate Institute of Conservation of Cultural Relics and Museology, Tainan National University of the Arts, and Ms. Bin I, Professor, Department of Design, National Taiwan Normal University, as a commentator. The presenters are Mr. Shao-Chun Liu, Assistant Researcher of Division of Research and Collection National Museum of Prehistory, and Ms. Chia-Ying Liu, Graduate Student of Department of Special Education National Taichung University of Education, who present the "Visually Impaired"
