Hearing obstacles
The 2nd paper presentation session is on the issues of "hearing obstacles". Three presenters present their ideas, taking National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, National Museum of Natural Science, and National Human Rights Museum as the model. This session is presided over by Ms. Patricia Huang, Associate Professor of the Department of Arts and Design National Taipei University of Education, and Ms. Yi-Hui Chen, Associate Professor of the Department of Special Education National Changhua University of Education, as a commentator. The presenters are Ms. Hsi-Ju Chen, Associate Professor of the Department of Drama Creation and Application National University of Tainan, Ms. Yu-Chen Chen, Graduate Student of the Graduate Institute of Museum Studies National Taipei University of Art, and Mr. Tsung-De Deng, Assistant Researcher of National Human Rights Museum.
