Hsin-Yi Lo is the CEO of Sunmake Cultures Foundation. She is also the Director of the Chinese Association of Museums . She was the chief of Public Service Division at the National Museum of Taiwan History, an adjunct assistant professor at the Graduate Institute of Cultural Creative Industry at National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, the Executive Secretary of the Committee for Access and Equality, Chairman of YiLan County Museums Association, Director-General of LanYang Museum , YiLan County Government. She received her PhD in Social Education and master degree in Art Management and Education. Her main interests focus on museums networks, museum and social inclusion, regional museums, museum policy and museum education. She is also the co-translator of the Museum Experience.
