Dr. Yi-Hui Chen is an associate professor in the education of the deaf and hard of hearing at the department of special education in National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan. Her research interests concern issues of quality of life of adolescence who are deaf or hard of hearing, and school readiness regarding young children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
